ADA Coordinator
The ADA Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the City of Imperial to comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and investigating any concerns or complaints regarding access to City programs, services or activities. Complaint Process
If informal efforts to remedy accessibility or services issues are not successful, a formal complaint may be submitted. The City of Imperial has established a grievance procedure for resolving complaints of discrimination on the basis of disability in a prompt and fair manner. To submit a complaint, the official Grievance Form may be used. If assistance in the filing of a complaint is needed, please contact the ADA Coordinator as listed above.
