This is a CLOSED SESSION in which the COUNCIL discusses matters in closed as opposed to open session. Only those matters authorized by the Brown Act as permissible CLOSED SESSION subjects will be discussed. They are as follows:

D-3.Approval of minutes for Regular City Council meetings of November 20, 2019 and December 4, 2019.
D-4.Authorization to send claim rejection letter to Michael Loyd as requested by Carl Warren & Company.
D-5.Approval of expenditure – purchase of maintenance parts from Trojan UV Technologies for UV System at Wastewater Plant in the amount $14,371.84.
D-6.Approval of expenditure – purchase of maintenance parts from Huber Technologies for headworks at Wastewater Plant in the amount of $12,683.43.
D-7.Approval to waive reading in full and adopt Ordinance No. 805, An Ordinance of the City of Imperial Amending the Imperial City Code to Change the Zoning Designation From R-1 (Residential Single Family) to C-1 (Commercial Neighborhood) for APN 064-151-002.
D-8.Approval of Community Facilities District (CFD) Disbursement Request as requested by Monterrey Park (CFD 2006-1) 5th payment of reimbursement 1-2018 (payment 2020-01).
D-9.SUCCESSOR AGENCY: Approval of Subordination Agreement for Imperial Gardens Apartments ($100,000.00).

 1.APPROVE PURCHASE OF VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE FROM SULZER IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,559.50.
E-2.SUBJECT:DISCUSSION/ACTION: WATER TREATMENT PLANT – ATEN BOOSTER STATION.
 1.APPROVE CONTRACT WITH SULZER FOR INSTALLATION OF VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,740.00.
E-3.SUBJECT:DISCUSSION/ACTION: AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF RETIRED PERSONS TAX ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
 1.APPROVAL OF THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF RETIRED PERSONS TO HOST ITS TAX ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FROM FEBRUARY 18 TO APRIL 7, 2020 AT THE CITY OF IMPERIAL PUBLIC LIBRARY COMMUNITY ROOM.
E-4.SUBJECT:DISCUSSION/ACTION: IMPERIAL VALLEY FOOD BANK 10K RUN.
 1.APPROVAL OF THE IMPERIAL VALLEY FOOD BANK TO HOST ITS 10K RUN ON MARCH 28, 2020 WITHIN CITY LIMITS.
E-5.SUBJECT:DISCUSSION/ACTION: ATEN BOULEVARD SIDEWALK PROJECT PHASE 2 FROM LA BRUCHERIE ROAD TO SHILOH ROAD BID 2019-02.
 1.ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT AS COMPLETED BY PYRAMID CONSTRUCTION AND AUTHORIZE THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION.
E-6.SUBJECT:DISCUSSION/ACTION: ATEN BOULEVARD BIKE PATH FROM “P” STREET TO DOGWOOD ROAD.
 1.AUTHORIZATION TO SEEK BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ATEN BOULEVARD BIKE PATH FROM “P” STREET TO DOGWOOD ROAD.
