D. NEW BUSINESS: (DISCUSSION/ACTION –RECOMMEND/DENY)

D-1.Public Hearing, Discussion/Action: Conditional Use Permit (19-06): Time Extension and Amendments to Conditions of Approval request for C.U.P (19-06), applicant is requesting more time to complete improvements that are tied to the annexation and conditional use permit. If the time extension is not granted, then there will be a potential revocation of the Conditional Use Permit by the Planning Commission for the trucking facility operation/business at 2475 Clark Road; Imperial, CA 92251.

D-2.Public Hearing, Discussion/Action: Amendment to Specific Plan for Victoria Ranch Subdivision (SP-VR): The applicant is requesting permission to change the “theme tree” that runs along Aten Road; within the City of Imperial, CA 92251.
