Utility & Holiday Schedule for 2017

The City of Imperial has published our Utility and Holiday Schedule for 2017. Be sure and mark your calendars with these dates. Please remember utility payments dropped in the City's drop box on weekends and holiday's will not be posted to your account until the next regular business day. New City of Imperial Utility Bill

New Look...New Format...New Bill

Don't throw that envelope away! That's your new utility bill for the City of Imperial.  Come August 1, 2015 Imperial utility customers will begin receiving a full page utility bill. The City has received feedback from our residents requesting an easier-to-read-bill and we are giving it to you.  On July 15, 2015 Council took action on a new bill format presented by staff.  This format will allow users to monitor their monthly water and sewer usage.  Bills will also include a return envelope for your convenience and on time bill payments.  The new format also allows City Staff to notify utility customers of important account information, as well as upcoming city projects and community events.
