ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA: The City Council may amend the order, add urgency items, note abstentions or "no" votes on consent calendar items, and request consent calendar items be removed from the consent calendar for discussion. The City Council may also remove items from the consent calendar before that portion of the agenda. The City Council may address these issues by entertaining a formal motion.

Presenter: David Dale, Public Services Director Recommendation: Accept proposal from Downstream for the Manhole and Gravity Sewer Collections System CCTV Inspection and Inventory (Project No. 2025-08) and authorize a not-to-exceed amount of $272,603.00 with a 25% contingency. |

Presenter: David Dale, Public Services Director Recommendation: Award the Shop Tank & Aten Tank Modifications and New Ventilation System Installation Project to Total Industries, Inc. (Bid 2025-03) in the amount of $1,038,536.99 with a 15% contingency. |
| C-3. | Approve the implementation of the classification study recommendations for the unrepresented contract, MSPC, Seasonal, and Part-Time Classifications. Presenter: Dennis H. Morita, City Manager Recommendation: Approve and implement the recommendations of the classification study as outlined to include reclassifications, title changes, and new and updated job descriptions for all positions within the Contract, MSPC, Seasonal and Part-Time Unrepresented positions, and update the city’s salary schedule to reflect these changes. |
