A. CITY COUNCIL CONVENES TO CLOSED SESSION AT 6:30 PM.

This is a CLOSED SESSION in which the COUNCIL discusses matters in closed as opposed to open session. Only those matters authorized by the Brown Act as permissible CLOSED SESSION subjects will be discussed. They are as follows:

D-7.Amendment to the Resolution No. 2020-05 for Worthington La Luna Rural Housing and Transportation Project AHSC Award identifying Community Development Director as City Manager Designee.

E-1.SUBJECT:DISCUSSION/ACTION: RFP P2021-10 – RESIDENT ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION FOR 2ND STREET REHABILITATION AND RECONSTRUCTION FROM OLD SR86 TO “P” STREET.
 1.AWARD CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION CONTRACT TO DYNAMIC CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC.
E-2.SUBJECT:DISCUSSION/ACTION: BOOSTER STATION MAINTENANCE
 1.APPROVAL TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT PARTS FOR BOOSTER STATION MAINTENANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,163.19.
E-3.SUBJECT:DISCUSSION/ACTION: REPUBLIC SERVICES GREEN WASTE/ORGANIC RECYCLING FOR COMMERCIAL AND SELECT MULTI-FAMILY UNITS RATE INCREASE.
 1.APPROVAL OF RATE INCREASE DUE TO MANDATORY ORGANICS RECYCLE LAW (AB1826) TO $45 A MONTH.
