 1.ADOPT RESOLUTION No. 2019-48, APPROVING A PLEDGE AGREEMENT AND THE ISSUANCE OF REFUNDING BONDS AND DIRECTING CERTAIN ACTIONS WITH RESPECT THERETO.

F-7.SUBJECT:DISCUSSION/ACTION: CITY HALL SEWER LINE
 1.CONTINUE OR SUSPEND EMERGENCY AS NECESSARY FOR THE REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT TO THE SEWER LINES AT CITY HALL.
F-8.SUBJECT:DISCUSSION/ACTION: CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAIN SYSTEM AND ASPHALT RUBBER COMPOSITE LAYER OVERLAY ALONG 11TH STREET FROM NORTH “D” STREET TO OLD SR-86 (BID NO. 2019-05).
 1.REJECT ALL BIDS RECEIVED.
 2.AUTHORIZATION TO REBID THE PROJECT.
F-9.SUBJECT:DISCUSSION/ACTION: ASPHALT RUBBER COMPOSITE LAYER OVERLAY ALONG PUERTO VALLARTA AVENUE FROM FONZIE AVENUE TO ROSARITO DRIVE (BID NO. 2019-007)
 1.AWARD BID TO AGGREGATE PRODUCTS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $234,292.50.
F-10.SUBJECT:DISCUSSION/ACTION: MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT – VACTOR TRUCK - PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
 1.APPROVE QUOTE FROM HAAKER EQUIPMENT COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $52,370.79 FOR VACTOR RDB BOOM UPGRADE.

 1.ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2019-49, AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY THROUGH SB 2 PLANNING GRANT FUNDS.
