Subject: Public Hearing, Discussion/Action: Recommend approval of Conditional Use Permit 24-03 for Wesley Boerner, for the installation of a fourteen-foot accessory structure within a Residential Zone located at 685 W. Worthington Road (APN 064-012-001).

Recommended Action: Approve/Deny Resolution No. PC2024-02: A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Imperial, approving Conditional Use Permit 24-03 for a fourteen-foot accessory structure within a Residential Zone located at 685 W. Worthington Road (APN 064-012-001). The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15303-Construction of an Accessory Structure.

Discussion/Action: Removal of Red Curbs Dedicated to the Former Bus Stations on East Barioni Boulevard Between K Street and L Street.
